Pennsylvania Police Exams

There are more counties in the state of Pennsylvania than anywhere else in the country. For this reason, there is also a high number of separate police agencies. Each department may choose what entrance exam they want to use, but the minimum requirement is to be able to pass the NDRT (Nelson_Denny Reading Test.)

Most agencies set higher standards than the NDRT alone. The most frequent police exams formats used  in Pennsylvania are:
